Some burglars broke into a family’s house in Indianapolis earlier this week. But they ran away empty-handed when they found themselves face-to-face with the family’s pet PIG.
And we’re not talking a miniature pig or guinea pig. This family had a full-grown pig that they got as a pet earlier this year. His name is Dumplin.
So how did Dumplin stop the burglary? His owner says, quote, “The officers were guessing when the person broke in they were probably surprised I had a pig and were like, ‘We don’t want to deal with this.'”
The cops are trying to track down the thieves.
And as for Dumplin . . . well, eventually when this family decides to eat him, at least he’ll be turned into bacon as a hero.
