(Undated) — The World Health Organization says a new vaccine may not be effective in treating the latest Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Experts are using the vaccine after being sent to the region last week to deal with an outbreak that has killed at least two dozen people. The last outbreak of the fatal virus killed more than 30 people in northwest Congo in July. More than eleven-thousand people died during an Ebola epidemic in West Africa between 2013 and 2016.
