Only 34% of People Think They Check Their Phone Too Much

Do you check your phone too much?  Spoiler:  The answer is yes.  Even though you won’t admit it.

According to a new survey, only 34% of people think they check their phone too much.  50% of people say they look at it the right amount . . . and 8% of people think they aren’t looking at it ENOUGH.

Younger people are MUCH more likely to say they check their phones too much.  56% of people under 24 admit they’re looking at their screen too often . . . versus just 8% of people over 65.
