Effingham County Highway Oiling Roads

The Effingham County Highway Department will begin oiling roads today, Wednesday, August 8, from 2100^th Street to 1000^th Avenue, to the county line, and 1500^th Avenue from the Dieterich Blacktop to the Jasper County line.  Weather  permitting.
