A Neoga man faces retail theft charges following his arrest in Effingham.
According to the Charleston Police Department, 28-year-old Dustin Drum was seen on video surveillance entering Walmart and removing two display laptops and an iPad. The following day, he was captured on video at Verizon Wireless, where he removed an iPhone.
Drum was extradited back to Coles County and jailed.
