This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Illinois, east central Illinois, southeast Illinois and west central Illinois including, Cass-Champaign-Christian-Clark-Clay-Coles-Crawford-Cumberland-De Witt-Douglas-Edgar-Effingham-Fulton-Jasper-Knox-Lawrence-Logan-Macon-Marshall-Mason-McLean-Menard-Morgan-Moultrie-Peoria-Piatt-Richland-Sangamon-Schuyler-Scott-Shelby-Stark-Tazewell-Vermilion and Woodford counties
DAY ONE…TODAY AND TONIGHT… Scattered thunderstorms will move across the area this morning. These storms are not expected to be severe. Additional thunderstorms are expected later this afternoon into tonight. A few of the storms this afternoon and evening may become severe. Damaging winds and locally heavy rainfall are the primary threats, but an isolated tornado or large hail can`t be ruled out.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY… Thunderstorm chances return to the area Friday.
