Romantic Comedy Tops At Box Office

(Los Angeles, CA) — There’s a new winner at the box office. Crazy Rich Asians took in more than 25-million-dollars in ticket sales in its first week in North America’s theaters. That was enough to knock last week’s winner, The Meg, to second place with 21-million-dollars. The third slot went to Mile 22, which sold nearly 14-million-dollars worth in tickets in its debut weekend. Mission: Impossible — Fallout and Disney’s Christopher Robin rounded out the top five.
