The Mattoon Athletic Booster Club’s annual pork chop dinner is Friday night prior to the football team’s season opener. Serving is 5:30pm until game time at 7pm. The menu includes a 1/3 pound grilled pork chop, two side dishes, roll and drink. The meal will be served at the MHS Football Field Pavilion. You can buy tickets, for $8, from any Mattoon Booster Club member or Mattoon Wavette.
