Champaign, Ill. – State Farm Center is hiring event staff for the upcoming season. The State Farm Center Event Staff team is responsible for a wide variety of roles to enhance the guest experience, including greeting guests, scanning tickets, directing guests to seating areas and facility amenities, serving as ushers inside of the arena, and staffing the new Illinois Premium Seating club spaces and seating areas within State Farm Center. Event Staff team members are expected to set a tone of exceptional customer service for all guests and staff.
State Farm Center is a multipurpose arena that hosts a variety of events each year, including Fighting Illini Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Broadway shows, concerts, family shows, community events, and more! Event Staff positions are a fun and flexible way to contribute to and enjoy the live event experience!

Walk-in interviews will be held for State Farm Center Event Staff on August 27-29 from 3:30-8:00 p.m. each day at State Farm Center. No appointments are necessary. Simply show up during the open interview time periods! Casual dress is acceptable.
Interview Times: Monday, August 27 (3:30-8:00 p.m.)
Tuesday, August 28 (3:30-8:00 p.m.)
Wednesday, August 29 (3:30-8:00 p.m.)

Location: State Farm Center (Located at the corner of Kirby and Fourth in Champaign)
Enter through the Lower East Entrance. (Parking is available in the Northeast Lot, accessible off of Kirby Avenue and Fourth Street.) Please note that this is the side of the building facing Fourth Street, and NOT the West Grand Entrance to the building.
