Books and Babies will resume at the Charleston Carnegie Public Library on Thursdays, at 10:30-11:00 from September 13th through November 29th, in the Craft Room. There will be no program on November 22nd. This program has been developed for infants through 36 months and their caregiver. This is a free program and is open to the community. A library card is not needed to attend.
