Alex Trebek Breaks Out The Beard

(Burbank, CA) — Alex Trebek is bringing a new look to the 35th season of Jeopardy. The game show host stunned viewers when he came out rocking a beard yesterday, saying things got out of hand while he stopped shaving during his summer vacation. The normally clean-shaven host has done something similar in the past when he brought back his famed mustache for the 30th anniversary of the show after having no facial hair for the previous 13 seasons. He said he hopes it won’t be a distraction to players. A Twitter poll has 67-percent loving the beard and 33-percent opposed.
