“Elf on the Shelf” is the theme for this year’s Mattoon Christmas Parade, which will be held on November 17th. Categories are: commercial; non-profit/service organization; and religious organization. Judging will take place in each category, with first and second place winning cash prizes. Application forms are available at the Mattoon Tourism Office. Entry deadline is November 13th.
