The Charleston Carnegie Public Library “Fun of Wheels” event will be held on Wednesday, October 17th from 10:30 – 11:30 in the south end of the Charleston Carnegie Public Library parking lot. Scooters, bikes, trikes, skateboards, roller skates, or anything that has wheels are welcome. Helmets and grown-ups are a must. Ages 2 to 6 are welcome to participate. This is a free program, open to the public. A library card is not needed to attend.
