A benefit for Officer Don Munro will be held November 11th from noon to 5:00 p.m. at the Mattoon American Legion. Two pork chop dinners with two sides, dessert and drink will be $10.00. In addition, they’ll have a 50/50 raffle, several prizes and live music. Tickets are available from any Mattoon Police officer. If you’re unable to attend but would like to support Officer Munro, donations are being accepted at First Mid Bank and Trust.
