EIU wide receiver Alexander Hollins has been named to the mid-season watch list for this year’s Walter Payton FCS Offensive Player of the Year Award.
Hollins currently leads the FCS in touchdown receptions with 12 as he has caught at least one touchdown pass in five straight games. Last weekend at Jacksonville State he moved into a tie for 7th on the EIU single season touchdown reception list. Hollins currently ranks fourth in the FCS this season in receptions with 63 and eighth in receiving yards with 826.
