Windsor Schools are collecting plastic caps and lids which will be recycled and made into benches, picnic tables and playground equipment. Please clean all caps and lids before donating.
Acceptable caps and lids include the following: medicine bottle caps, milk jug caps, detergent caps, hair spray caps, toothpaste tube caps, deodorant caps, bottle caps (soda, water, etc.), flip-top and spout caps (ketchup, mustard, etc.), cottage cheese container lids, yogurt container lids, peanut butter jar lids, mayonnaise jar lids, ice cream bucket lids (less than 8”), coffee can lids, Cool Whip container lids, cream cheese container lids, butter container lids, fast food drink lids (less than 8”), caps/lids with recycle numbers of 2, 4 or 5
NOT acceptable: Soap pumps, lotion pumps, trigger sprayers, and anything with metal
