According to a new survey, almost one out of four people say they have REGRETS about quitting a job.
The top five reasons they regret leaving are: They had good friends or coworkers there . . . they left for the wrong reasons . . . they had a great boss . . . they didn’t try to find other opportunities at the company . . . and they should’ve asked for a promotion.
The survey also found that 63% of people would consider going back to a company they quit . . . and the majority of them say the main factor would be better pay.
