If you alter a food so much that you eliminate one of the ingredients IN ITS NAME, is it really that food anymore?
There’s a recipe going around on Twitter right now for a “healthier” mac-and-cheese . . . that replaces the cheese with avocado. Oh, and it replaces the breadcrumbs with almond flour.
And sure, avocado is healthy . . . but the overwhelming response seems to be that NO ONE wants cheese-less mac-and-cheese. Especially since it comes out looking GREEN. (Mashable)
