It’s tough when you have a dog cooped up all day in a tiny apartment on the 47th floor. Then when you finally get home, you take it out into three feet of snow for a two-minute walk. Which is why this makes sense.
A new study ranked the 100 best and worst cities for having a pet, and New York City came in LAST.
The rankings are based on things like weather, the average size of people’s homes, the cost of vet care and pet insurance, pet-friendly restaurants, and dog parks per capita.
And the best city for owning a pet is . . . Orlando.
