I thought the main way we all cope with stressful days is to sit down and eat an entire cake . . . but apparently some overachievers try to blow off steam after a tough day by EXERCISING. Except maybe you shouldn’t . . . OR YOU COULD DIE.
A new study by McMaster University in Canada found that when people exercise when they’re angry or upset, it TRIPLES their chance of having a heart attack.
The researchers found when you get angry, your risk of a heart attack is already higher than usual . . . and exercising just makes that worse.
