(Dearborn, MI) — Approximately one-point-four-million mid-size Ford vehicles in North America are being recalled by the automaker. The models affected are 2014 through 2018 Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ sedans. The problem is with the steering wheel bolts that may come loose causing the wheel to detach from the steering column. Ford has indicated that two accidents and one injury have been reported. The majority of the vehicles affected are in the U.S. with the remaining cars in Canada and Mexico.
