(Wayne County, MI) — A Michigan man’s odd lottery strategy is paying off with a two-million-dollar jackpot. The 22-year-old man will only buy odd-numbered scratch-off tickets. He told lottery officials he visited the Busatti Party Store in Southgate and bought the winning Diamond Dazzler scratch-off ticket. He apparently couldn’t wait to scratch off the ticket, so he did it right there in the store. He was elated when he found out he won. The man decided to receive his winnings as 1.3-million lump sum. He plans to buy a new car with the winnings and invest the rest of it.
